At VisionEdge (operated by VisionEdge Solutions), we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns & Exchange Window
You can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof: You may be asked to share an image of the product if it is damaged or incorrect.
2. Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return shipment, our quality team will inspect the product (usually within 24-48 hours).
✅ Approved refunds will be initiated within 2 days. The amount will reflect in your original payment source (Bank/Card/UPI) within 5 to 7 business days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Innerwear and Lingerie.
- Socks and Accessories.
- Customized or altered products.
4. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by calling our support or logging into your account. Once the order is shipped (Tracking Number generated), it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it after delivery.
