1. Shipping Policy
📦 Dispatch Time:
We usually dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours of order placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
🚚 Delivery Timeline:
Our standard delivery time is 5 to 7 business days across India. Deliveries to remote areas may take 2-3 extra days.
📍 Courier Partners:
We use trusted courier partners (like Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees) to ensure safe delivery.
2. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal fee of ₹50-₹100 may be applicable on COD orders depending on your location.
3. Cancellation Policy
We offer a customer-friendly cancellation policy:

Before Shipment:
You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched (usually within 24 hours). You can do this by calling our support or logging into your account.
✅ 100% Refund will be initiated immediately. -
After Shipment:
If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it from our end. In this case, you can simply refuse the delivery when the courier partner attempts it.
4. Refund Policy for Cancellations
For prepaid orders that are cancelled (either before shipment or refused at delivery), the refund will be processed to your original payment mode (Credit Card/UPI/Bank) within 5 to 7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
